Patna court grants relief to Khan Sir, stays arrest in firing case
The court's order comes days after police named Khan Sir in an FIR following the arrest of two security guards accused of alleged firing outside his coaching centre.

A fresh twist has emerged in the ongoing controversy around Khan Sir’s coaching institute in Bihar after Prince Yadav, brother of Bihar-based teacher Raushan Anand of Gyan Bindu GS Academy, was found dead under suspicious circumstances at a hotel in Nepal. The incident has prompted an investigation by Nepal Police, which has taken several people who were present with Prince Yadav into custody for questioning. Authorities are examining the circumstances surrounding his death, while the exact cause remains unclear.
Prince Yadav’s death comes at a time when his brother Raushan Anand, popularly known among students as “Raushan Sir”, is in judicial custody in connection with a vandalism case of Khan Sir’s coaching institute in Patna.

Prince Yadav was also named as an accused in a recent vandalism case linked to the dispute between two prominent coaching institutions in Patna, Gyan Bindu GS Academy and Khan Global Studies.

The controversy between the two coaching centres, led by Raushan Anand and educator Faisal Khan, popularly known as Khan Sir, intensified after allegations of vandalism and firing at Khan Sir’s academy.
Following the incident, Bihar Police arrested Raushan Anand, while Khan Sir received interim relief from coercive action from the court.

Over the years, Khan Sir has publicly accused Raushan Anand of being involved in alleged attacks and violence against his coaching institute and staff, claims that have remained part of the larger dispute between the two groups.
According to preliminary information, Prince Yadav had been staying in Nepal with at least six friends. He reportedly died late on Friday night in circumstances that investigators have described as suspicious.
Nepal Police has detained the people who were with him at the time of the incident and is questioning them to establish the sequence of events.
Authorities have not yet revealed the cause of death. Family members of Prince Yadav are also understood to be travelling to Nepal following the incident.
